Welcome to oragmatic. By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by the oragmatic platform, you agree to be fully bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

To register and use the oragmatic platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Using your own funds and not money that is borrowed or belongs to another person

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. oragmatic conducts a standard identity verification (KYC) process to verify all users' identities before the first withdrawal is processed. Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account at oragmatic. Holding more than one account is a serious breach of terms and may result in all related accounts being closed without notice, including forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Deposit Terms

Withdrawal Terms

• Disrupting the normal operation of the platform or other users' experience
• Using the oragmatic name, logo, or brand for any purpose without written authorization
• Obtaining another user's account information by any means

Oragmatic reserves the right to take any necessary action, including account closure and reporting to authorities, against users who violate these restrictions.

Voluntary Closure by User

Users may close their account at any time by contacting oragmatic customer support. Prior to closure, any eligible cash balance will be processed for withdrawal to the registered account. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Closure by oragmatic

Oragmatic reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• False verification during the KYC process
• Activity suspected of fraud or money laundering
• User's own request through the self-exclusion program
• Legal requirements or directives from authorities

Oragmatic will not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from:

• Technical disruptions, system failures, or temporary service outages beyond oragmatic's control

• Loss of account access due to the user's negligence in safeguarding their password
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform

Oragmatic's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Oragmatic reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of amendments will be sent to users via their registered email and in-platform notifications at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in circumstances requiring immediate action.
